Pangasius

Pangasius are native to Vietnam, found predominantly in the Mekong River Delta. Pangasius are farmed in large quantities and have the benefit of growing fast, usually to full size within 6 months and to a typical size of 1.5 to 2 kilos. The body of Pangasius is stout and heavy. Its structure is very robust and it is known for being very resilient to disease. It is therefore ideally suited to farming.
