Squid

The Japanese Flying squid has a long tube like body, with a pair of fins that resemble wings. At the front are two long tentacles and eight smaller ones. The colour is a light reddish-brown with black speckling. It is becoming more popular each year in the UK, particularly with the growing diversity of restaurants.
