Cooking Instructions

From frozen.
Oven Bake.

Remove all packaging and place product on a pre-heated oven dish and bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Pan Fry.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours or until fully thawed, shallow fry in a little oil. Cook until golden brown
