Cooking Instructions

Grill.

Grill for approximately 5-6 minutes.

Bake.

Preheat oven to 160˚C (320˚F) and bake for approximately 5-7 minutes.

Steam.

Bring water to the boil in a pot, add mussels and replace lid and steam for approximately 3 minutes.
